We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was superb, situated right next to the river and within walking distance of the city centre. The staff provided exceptional service, always welcoming and friendly. They were very helpful, from check-in to check-out. The room was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable bed. The restaurant offered a delicious menu, and the food was top-notch. We also enjoyed the sun terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay, with excellent service and great amenities.

This hotel is particularly recommended for families.

The venue is clean, with marvellous location right by Chester, the river, and Lake District. The rooms are spotless and compact with a good view.

The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to the city center and offering a relaxing atmosphere by the river. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern and quirky features. The breakfast options are good, with a variety of choices and a warm atmosphere in the breakfast room. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing first-class service. the facilities in the room are immaculate, with unique and quirky details.

The room temperature tends to get hot quickly, especially in rooms with direct access to the parking area and no sun protection.

I spent here 1 pleasant day and would consider staying here again. Magnificent location, within walking distance of Grosvenor Park. Visited few places in the centre, at a short distance from the hotel.

The total stay was excellent on time. The hotel was in the riverside setting very close to river. Pizzeria Domino's Pizza was located 10 minutes walk away. All of the staff were welcoming, polite.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the riverside and just a short walk into town. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a modern and clean finish to the rooms and shower room. We also appreciated the high standard of the tea and coffee facilities in the room. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

By and large, it was convenient base for sightseeing in Chester, had much fun and met efficient staff that gave excellent customer service. There was lots of food for breakfast, everything was brilliant! It had riverside location close to Art.

The place was clean, I booked the double room with river views, everything was perfect. Stunning and magnificent location near English Heritage. Gorgeous and marvellous breakfast, food was fab.

Approaching staff, amazing views, adequate room. Location was a short walk to a park and a river. Plus, we were 20 mins by foot from H b Leisure Amusement Park.

Perfect location, informative staff. Hotel was fairly clean. The gardens were lovely here. Moreover, I parked at the onsite. Located close to restaurants and bars. Great restaurant and main bar available.
